Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Key Account Manager – IVF Division. The role requires occasional travel to Riyadh, approximately once or twice per quarter, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with IVF clinics, hospitals, and fertility centers across the UAE. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Drive sales growth across the IVF product portfolio. Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve annual sales targets.
- Actively manage the UAE territory through regular client visits, product presentations, and on-site support.
- Provide expert guidance on IVF media, disposables, and equipment.
- Offer clinical and technical support to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, renewals, and execution of distribution agreements and tenders with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Deliver timely reports and insights to management.
- Coordinate with logistics, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Organize workshops, product demos, and training sessions for clinical staff to enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value-added service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IVF division or reproductive healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of IVF products, clinical procedures, and reproductive healthcare market trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Native Arabic is must.
