Job Summary:

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Key Account Manager – IVF Division. The role requires occasional travel to Riyadh, approximately once or twice per quarter, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IVF clinics, hospitals, and fertility centers across the UAE. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
    • Drive sales growth across the IVF product portfolio. Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve annual sales targets.
    • Actively manage the UAE territory through regular client visits, product presentations, and on-site support.
    • Provide expert guidance on IVF media, disposables, and equipment. 
    • Offer clinical and technical support to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
    • Lead negotiations, renewals, and execution of distribution agreements and tenders with key accounts.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. 
    • Deliver timely reports and insights to management.
    • Coordinate with logistics, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
    • Organize workshops, product demos, and training sessions for clinical staff to enhance product understanding and adoption.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value-added service.
Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IVF division or reproductive healthcare.
    • Strong knowledge of IVF products, clinical procedures, and reproductive healthcare market trends.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
    • Native Arabic is must.
