Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional who excels at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to identify and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- The applicant must have experience in freight marketing and NOT any other field. Any other experience will not be considered.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Identify and target sales leads.
- Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through visit schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
- Set and exceed revenue and sales target.
- Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of our services.
- Overcome obstacles that prevent sales.
- Make clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; effectively meet client needs; develop and sustain positive and productive client relationships; and take responsibility for Follow company sales lead management process. Leverage tools, reports and resources to other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years successful sales experience of logistics specialty freight forwarder field in Saudi market.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocols.
- Must maintain a high attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and software applications including MS Office suite.
