Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager/Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will manage the distributors to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Levant and Maghreb markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and market support.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings in the Levant and Maghreb region as required.
Requirements:
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strategic thinker and a proactive prospector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Levant and Maghreb region.
- Proven experience in the pet food sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the Levant and Maghreb markets and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
