Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager/Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will manage the distributors to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Levant and Maghreb markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and market support.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings in the Levant and Maghreb region as required.
Requirements:
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strategic thinker and a proactive prospector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Levant and Maghreb region.
- Proven experience in the pet food sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the Levant and Maghreb markets and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
