Job Summary:
						
						One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Fit-Out Sales Manager. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the sales process for commercial and industrial fit-out projects. 
The role requires a deep understanding of interior fit-outs, the ability to work with clients from initial concept through to project completion, and a proven track record in sales within the construction or fit-out sector.
						
							
Key Responsibilities:
						
						
							
								- • Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the fit-out industry. Develop relationships with new and existing clients, contractors, and architects.
 • Client Consultation: Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored fit-out solutions. Offer expert advice on design, materials, and functionality.
 • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless project execution from the sales process to completion.
 • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including drafting contracts, finalizing project specifications, and signing agreements.
 • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, new materials, technologies, and industry
 developments. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
 • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients,
 ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
 • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Managing Director. Track progress against targets and KPIs.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the fit-out industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
