Job Summary:
Our client is a training and consulting organization, providing internationally accredited programs and advisory services across the UAE and wider region
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → presenting → closing.
- Build and maintain client relationships with nurseries, schools, corporates, and government entities.
- Conduct outside client meetings and presentations in both English and Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and client delivery.
- Keep sales pipeline updated in CRM and Monday.com, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, ideally in education, training, or consulting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with a successful track record.
- Valid UAE driving license – role requires regular outside meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Monday.com.
