MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 F&O FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT   (34591)

 

Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Customer side).

 

Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation & Support Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Develop functional requirements and specifications based on user input.
  • Align business processes with ERP functionalities.
  • Configure, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across all functional areas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, modifications, and custom development.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party supplier to drive the implementations
  • Provide technical recommendations for installations, modifications, and customizations.
  • Train end-users and create manuals.
  • Test system functionality to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Analyze and document system enhancements by engaging with users, management, and external partners to meet business and technical needs.
  • Manage and administer security settings for Dynamics 365 F&O users, ensuring overall application security.
  • Work with clients and partners to customize Dynamics 365 F&O and integrate it with legacy and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with support SLAs.
  • Serve as the first line of support for issue triaging and resolution.
  • Conduct regression testing for Dynamics 365 F&O upgrades, ensuring customizations remain functional.
  • Provide regular weekly and monthly status reports.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 F&O implementation (Techno-Functional).
  • Strong understanding of process flows across Finance, Sales, Expense Management, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Experience in Supply chain industry implementations is an advantage.
  • Experience in work scoping and estimation.
  • Proven ability to analyze, develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP systems.
  • Expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for designing, developing, and optimizing reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—both oral and written, including group presentations.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with stakeholders.
