We are looking for a seasoned Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM)/ Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a robust cybersecurity background, encompassing 5-8 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients in the realm of Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Threat Exposure Management, and PenTest Management. As a Technical CSM/TAM, you will be at the forefront of tracking and enhancing customer product usage, driving expansions through technical acumen, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
As a Customer Success Lead you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our customers in their cybersecurity endeavors. You will lead a team of Customer Success engineers/technology consultants and work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service, drive customer retention, and maximize the value our clients derive from our cybersecurity solutions.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity objectives and have a deeper understanding of their environment.
