Our client, an MNC specializing in Cybersecurity products is seeking to hire a Technical Customer Success Manager (Remote) in India.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM)/ Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a robust cybersecurity background, encompassing 5-8 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients in the realm of Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Threat Exposure Management, and PenTest Management. As a Technical CSM/TAM, you will be at the forefront of tracking and enhancing customer product usage, driving expansions through technical acumen, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

As a Customer Success Lead you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our customers in their cybersecurity endeavors. You will lead a team of Customer Success engineers/technology consultants and work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service, drive customer retention, and maximize the value our clients derive from our cybersecurity solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity objectives and have a deeper understanding of their environment.
  • Conduct in-depth technical review, providing strategic insights through detailed technical report.
  • Leverage a profound technical understanding to scrutinize and comprehend High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Prepare key engagement metrics based on organization’s use-cases and help the customer use the product capabilities in full capacity.
  • Ensure cadence calls with customers and handle complex requirements without disrupting the product usage.
  • Work closely with company product, Sales and Implementation teams, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead efforts to drive customer retention, including managing subscription renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, effectively communicating the strategic and technical
  • aspects of company`s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Facilitate technical training sessions for clients, promoting comprehensive product utilization across different teams in the organization.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel to client locations, if required.
  • Ability to setup CSM practice and inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

 Education & other requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree or certifications in cybersecurity will be advantageous.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience of cybersecurity solutions, as a Technical Customer Success or Technical Account Management roles within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proven track record in overseeing technically intricate cybersecurity projects covering Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Network Security, Data Security, and Security Operations.
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to comprehensively review and analyze HLD and LLD documents.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non- technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable navigating the dynamic and fast-paced environment inherent in the field of cybersecurity.

 

Salary: INR 30 – 50 LPA
