Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:
• Ensure that the design adheres to all relevant standards and regulations.
• Ensure that the design team is working effectively and efficiently.
• Lead and manage the design team, including architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
• Manage the design budget and schedule.
• Manage the design development process from conception to completion, including the review and approval of design documents.
• Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other design documents.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on the design development process.
• Work closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders to develop the design concept and ensure that it aligns with the project objectives and meets the client's requirements.
• Work with the construction team to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and efficiently.

• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Turkish/Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant design software and tools.
