Job Summary:
The Warehouse Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management, and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff. This role involves managing stock levels, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, and ensuring that health, safety, and compliance standards are met within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
- Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched according to company policies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of orders to meet delivery schedules. o Monitor order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse operations.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders and deliveries.
