Our client, a leading robotic surgical equipment manufacturer and distributor is currently hiring a HR Manager for their Dubai Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategy, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee end to end recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system triangulating the KPI.
Design and Implement learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal opportunities for succession planning.
Oversee HSE , QMS and QA function.
Serve as a link between management and employees to handle questions, administer contracts, or resolve work-related problems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In depth Knowledge and experience of UAE Labour Law
Minimum 5 years of Experience
