Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with a foundational background in accounting. This role will be responsible for managing company documents and records, ensuring proper filing and retrieval, and supporting the accounting team with basic financial tasks such as invoice tracking and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, register, and manage all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system.
• Ensure document accuracy, quality, and integrity before distribution.
• Monitor document versions and revisions to ensure the latest information is accessible.
• Assist with compliance by maintaining documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Control the issuance and retrieval of controlled documents.
• Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoice processing, petty cash handling, and data entry.
• Help maintain and reconcile financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment follow-ups

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in document control or administrative roles.

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems) is an advantage.
