Sales Director -Dubai

About the Company - Our Client is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Director will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.

About the Role 

• Sales Targets: Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Market Analysis: Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Industry Trends: Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. Reporting: Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and coaching to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director in the real estate industry.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
