Our client (hardware system Integrator & Dell/EMC/HP/Microsoft partner) is looking forward to hiring a Sales Account Manager (DELL/EMC/HP/ IBM/ Storage/Data Center solutions) in Bahrain (with a headcount of 250+ in Gulf Region).
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling business development / complete sales Life Cycle.
· Acquisition of new business/ new logo.
· Develop strong relationships with prospective enterprise end customers across different verticals. Building relationship with existing clients.
· Execute sales, marketing and support strategies/models to achieve goals.
· Experience of handling corporate sales, Large Enterprise sales, SMB's and B2B will be a great advantage.
· Open to take new challenges.
· Develop market in a creative and entrepreneurial style by positioning Server & Storage solutions with Enterprise customers.
· Should be presentable with good communication/interpersonal skills.
· Achieve revenue, margins, and business mix targets.
· Develop market in a creative and entrepreneurial style by positioning Server & Storage solutions with Enterprise customers.
· Maintain healthy qualified sales opportunity pipeline.
Requirements:
· An ideal candidate would be coming with a similar background with at least 5 years of relevant experience in DELL/EMC/HP/ IBM) Storage/ Data Center solutions
· 5 years of relevant experience with a leading IT System integrator and a DELL or EMC or HP or IBM or Microsoft.
· Strong relationships with enterprise customers across different verticals would be an added advantage.
· Experience in technology sales of Enterprise Server & Storage solutions is required.
· First preference would be candidates from Bahrain or other Gulf countries or else from India.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.
· Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / or any related field
· Maintain healthy qualified sales opportunity pipeline.
· Minimum 5 years of gulf market experience with IT companies is highly preferred.
· Must be a team player.
· GCC driving license is a great plus.
