SALES MANAGER   (32735)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the development of Middle East Market, and establish a long term and stable co-operative relations with customers and wholesale team.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
  • Preparing sales reports as well as valuable analysis to provide focus on growth of the business and identify for any de-growth in the business.
  • Reaching the targets and goals assigned by the company.
  • Develop business strategy focused both on sales and margin
  • Conduct research to identify new customers and new products.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Develop sales ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, invoices etc.
  • Provide after-sales support and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct training for the distributor and customers if needed.
  • Arrange combined sales meeting with distributor.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • The successful candidate must hold a bachelor’s Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Atleast 2-5 years’ experience in a sales position within any reputed companies selling baby sanitary products in Middle East region.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Positive attitude.
  • Proficient in the English language both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in Windows & MS Office
