Our client, a distributor for kitchen and home appliances is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Proven relations with major developers, consultants, contractors, retail is a must.
- Main experience in Kitchen and Domestic Appliances in Abu Dhabi and Dubai market.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close deals, manage client relationships, and drive revenue.
- Market Research & Analysis – Identifying business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Networking & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to build connections with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication & Presentation Skills – Effective verbal and written communication to pitch products or services.
- Project Management & Strategic Planning – Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Finding solutions to business challenges.
- Ability to analyze market trends.
- Ability to establish partnerships and long-term contracts with key stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
· 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
· Experience in market expansion
· MBA degree is a plus
Knowledge:
· Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
· Strong deal-closing skills for securing contracts in trading / domestic appliances
Additional Requirements
· Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Fluency in multiple languages, an advantage for international markets
