Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist For our Client company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they are welcomed warmly and directed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for office upkeep.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
