One of the leading restaurants is looking to hire Italian National Executive Chef for their chain restaurant in UAE. The incumbent will train and manage kitchen staff and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities; estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food. Plan and price menus; ensure proper equipment operations/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in Kitchen. The Executive Chef may cook selected items or for select occasions or food tasting. Oversee special catering events, holidays and may also offer culinary and or demonstrate culinary techniques. Directly supervises kitchen staff with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews, supervisor scheduling and recommending employee promotions.
