The job Summary

Our client providing energy solutions, is seeking to hire a Sales Engineer for their Riyadh branch. You will be responsible for carrying out all sales activities to achieve the sales budget locally and assist with long-term business planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong engagement with the Gen-Set OEMs, develop them to key accounts, generate the sales and project leads.
  • Generate leads from Rental power customers for new & retrofit opportunities in KSA.
  • Generate leads from Panel builders/switchgear manufacturers in KSA.
  • Develop relationships with contractors and consultants, predominantly working on critical power projects like hospitals, data centres, airports, PV-Hybrid applications in the region, and get the solutions specified in the projects.
  • Generate leads on Retrofit projects, offer turnkey solutions, and win the projects.
  • Develop new sales and service channels partners in the region, strong engagement with existing channel partners.
  • Organize technical workshops and training for key account customers and channel partners, create awareness about the solutions offered by the company on different applications.
  • Organize technical training & seminars along with Sales Manager.
  • Organize Technical workshops & training to Key regional customers and creating awareness about solutions offered by the company on different applications.
  • Organize Technical seminars & promotional activities along with Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in KSA market preferably from Power generation market (Genset OEMs/Control panel solutions provider)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
  • Good technical background in Electrical field, working with Switchgear / Genset companies and with good business sense.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic ( Arabic speaking preferred )
  • Good communications skills and with the ability to understand & solve customer problems.
  • Experience in using Sales ERP tools and provide accurate sales forecast and results
  • Ability to build long term business relations with key account customers, strong business acumen, and global mindset
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to succeed with a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to travel
  • KSA driving license is mandatory.
