Job Responsibilities
• Meet and propagate solutions to consultants, clients, end users and contractors.
• Prepare VRV & DX, AC Chillers selections, sketches, drawings for space planning and other required documents.
• Prepare comparative analysis of different AC products to push Products
• Prepare comparative analysis showing against our competitors
• Provide Life cycle costings,
• Prepare and present solutions at various forums fan crowds
• Build new tools to expand Company’s market share
• For specified projects, you will need to work with Sales team from tender stage till Order is secured and strategize to increase Company’s win ratio
• Handle relationship with consultants and make them Company’s favored consultants
• Able to convert Lead to Company’s Spec – in and maintain No.1 Market position
• Work on projects from concept stage
• Support sales to secure Company’s Approval, when required
• Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, activities in CRM
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector
• An Engineering degree with commercial aptitude
• Active team player who is stimulated by new challenges, full of initiative, pro-active
• Eager to grasp new opportunities
• Expert in HVAC or related technologies
• Take initiative, be energetic, confident, and be very results oriented and must have personal drive to succeed
• An excellent communicator in English (speaking and writing), Arabic speaking is advantage
• Have strong HVAC product knowledge
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia market
• Driving license
Experience & Knowledge
• Sound knowledge of various HVAC design with detailed analysis
