To provide techno-commercial support for the company's revenue streams associated with various principal accounts within the Connectivity Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage inquiries from clients.
• Conduct regular Teams meetings to present technical and commercial solutions to clients.
• Organize and attend in-person meetings with clients for presentations and follow-ups.
• Visit client sites to conduct field demonstrations as needed.
• Maintain and update the CRM with Opportunities, Leads, and Activities on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide field support and conduct site surveys for principals and clients.
• Collaborate with the Projects team on Connectivity-related projects.
• Initiate requisitions for materials and services linked to Connectivity projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements while performing all duties.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge and experience with CCTV, PAGA Systems, and Radio Communication Systems in the Industrial/Oil & Gas sectors.
• Familiarity with ATEX/IECEX regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must reside in the UAE with a local driving license, preference for candidates in Abu Dhabi.
• Confident and presentable.
