Our client, a reputed group in Al Ain requires a native Arabic speaking HR & Administration Manager for their education and learning division. Successful candidates must be from education industry and shall be in par with the scope and pre-requisites provided below.
To manage all Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation, career training & development, personnel affairs, employment contracts and oversee all related activities.
To review, implement and improve HR Department’s structure, strategies, policies, manuals and procedures.
To conduct, perform evaluation of the staff and improve their skills.
To ensure compliance with MOHRE and local labor laws/ADEK & MOE’s regulations etc. and keep abreast of changes to regulations and procedures.
To prepare forecasts/budgets for employment needs.
To plan and coordinate the administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
To ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
To provide successful administrative support and office systems within the organization.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for HR: recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, job evaluation & analysis, performance management, labor relations, and HR information systems
Knowledge of systems and processes.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
