SENIOR SALES MANAGER – OIL & GAS   (30711)

NADIA’s client: Leading B2B e-commerce company for industrial products headquartered in Singapore and having their regional office in Dubai are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to handle their Oil and Gas division.

 

About the role:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to setup and gradually scale business for UAE region.

The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. The incumbent will get an opportunity to setup the business from scratch and make in-roads in mid to large size enterprises in the country.

Being one the earliest member to launch the country operations, he shall have significant contribution in sales and operations strategy for the country’s business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own & grow the Sales pipeline for Enterprise Business with end-to-end responsibility of Sales & Account management, partly owning the P&L for local business
  • Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts across the region. Major focus clients would be large enterprises from manufacturing, Oil & Gas, real estate, projects etc kind of industries (not service or financial sector).
  • Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement Plan, execute, and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth Liaise with country team to monitor the progress on regional customers
  • Build the business from scratch and gradually build a sales and business development team for country operations (as per the business requirements)
  • Monitor and govern business metrics like revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, revenue per headcount, account receivables etc.

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales,
  • Account management in B2B/ Industrial space.
  • Consultative techno-commercial sales experience selling to procurement teams at trading companies serving Oil/Gas/Rigs organisations in UAE / other GCC countries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication & people management skills.
  • Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
  • Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
  • B. Tech/equivalent undergraduate degree & MBA//equivalent post graduate degree.
