GENERAL MANAGER – SALES (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT) (29719)
Our client, one of the well-known distributors in UAE representing reputed medical equipment brands is looking for a General Manager to head their division.
Build, maintain and expand relationships with assigned partners utilizing in-depth understanding of strategy and business model, medical devices industry and competitive landscape of assigned area.
Develop and execute new business opportunities to drive innovation and drive sales through selective campaigns via structured market research and business planning in alignment with the regional strategy and by using local and external resources.
Support and drive the sales process in all sales-oriented activities via marketing support while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term business differentiation plans for innovation and campaigns in the region.
Manage overall selling activities within region, monitor tools to drive the business into the financial target.
Development, implementation, and monitoring of annual sales forecast.
Required Education/ Skills/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills in English and Arabic
10+ years of progressively more responsible sales experience, including experience with medical devices acquired in Sales Management or similar roles.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Comply with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, /policies and practices, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees and customers
