About NADIA’s client: Multinational company and market leader in passenger vehicles operating from their regional free zone office in Dubai are looking for a Parts Sales Manager to handle MEA market.


Main Objective:

Ownership of passenger car parts sales performance in the assigned markets. Overall responsibility to develop the sales and markets share to achieve country wise objectives.



  •         Achieve parts sales regional targets
  •         Achieve marginal profit levels
  •         To establish trust with distributors including strategies for development
  •          Business Development and Market Intelligence



  •         To be the owner of the sales activities for the parts sales within the assigned markets
  •          Enhance market development, market position, and ensure the optimal short- and long-term business result.
  •          To own the responsibility of volume and Market share growth for assigned markets.
  •          Price management for assigned markets.
  •          To build up and maintain a healthy relationship with key dealers and distributors.
  •          Develop the Sales Process by implementing various sales tools and processes.
  •          To have an active role in the strategy and business plan process and to drive the implementations.



  •          Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering, or any related field
  •          Minimum 5 years of passenger vehicle parts sales experience; Experience in GCC market specifically will be preferred.
  •          Fluent in both written and spoken English, Arabic will be a definite advantage.
  •          International experience and working with multi-cultural teams.
  •          Good in teamwork, customer focus, business oriented, motivated and determined to reach agreed objectives.
