PRODUCT MANAGER - FUNCTIONAL   (29714)

● Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience with a portion focused on large scale 

and highly available E-commerce applications

● Experience translating business strategy and analysis into transactional based - B2C and B2B 

products. 

● Prior experience managing functional areas of technical products or online services.

● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

● Minimum of 1 year experience within consumer payments. [Digital Payments, Digital Wallets, 

Payment gateways] for MENA region.

Responsibilities

 Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain 

market information.

 Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing 

product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or 

packaging changes.

 Analyze usability, market research, competition, KPIs, trends and technology for 

opportunities to improve and grow sales.

 Understands the enterprise e-commerce system leveraging technology across the entire 

channel.

 Manage search targets, research and implement search optimization recommendations 

for individual customers and also a country level. In addition, suggest strategies for the 

various, optional, supplier channel offers.

 Understand and interact with related departments in a technical, legal and commercial 

context to ensure the quality of a supplier partner connection. 

 Establish go to market plans for new product/ program launches to include ongoing 

support, sales, marketing, operational processes.

 Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product 

sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

 Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting 

inventory levels and production schedules.

 Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product 

development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time 

schedules with engineering and manufacturing.

 Prioritize program scope by building consensuses within and outside the digital teams

 Oversee and approve business analysis, use cases, business cases and sales planning 

processes.
