DIGITAL/IT SERVICES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- KSA MEGA P   (33926)

Position: Digital/IT services Business Development Manager – KSA Mega Projects

Objective: Drive Digital/IT services and solutions sales in KSA Vision 2030 Mega Projects like Neom, Red Sea, AlUla etc. with nurturing business development capabilities and developing customer problem centric value propositions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital/IT services and solutions business development in Mega Projects (eg. NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya etc.) that are part of KSA Vision 2030 Realization Program
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Mega Projects
  • Identify, assess and capture new accounts / opportunities in the Mega Projects
  • Develop initial concept and the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach including business model, business case, partnership options, etc. for opportunities in Mega Projects domain. 
  • Conduct Mega Projects-focused IT services market analysis to understand customer insights, challenges & market trends, and to identify opportunities and present business model, digital value propositions/solutions to these programs
  • Develop business/technology partnerships in the industry
  • Manage opportunity pipeline and meet sales performance goals. Prepare sales reports of wins, losses, inhibitors and net new opportunities
  • Manage sales activities (client presentations, pitches, RFPs, commercial proposals, relations etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Key Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of IT/digital sales experience (esp. in Saudi Arabia & GCC market)
  • 2-5 years of IT/digital services & solutions sales experience in KSA Mega Projects
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in business, commerce, technology or other equivalent degrees
  • Expert level understanding of market, business, operations and digital technologies in Mega Projects
  • Sales skills: building relationships, communications, client needs analysis, account planning, sales pipeline magmt, negotiations
  • Understanding of digital services like Application integration, Data & Analytics, Cloud, products, Managed Services etc.
  • Nice to have experience in System Integrators/tech consulting/ technology firms
  • Behavioral/Leadership skills: Engaging, collaborative, strategic thinking & planning, problem solving, team management & coaching etc
