Our client, a leading purification and filtration service provider is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for their office based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Prepare draft Management accounts, PL and Balance sheet
Reconciling Supplier Invoices
Maintaining / Updating All Contracts/Documents
Filing of all accounting / contracting documents properly
Make accounting entries on daily basis in Tally ERP
Other Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree/ Major in Accounting would be added advantage.
2-4 years of experience in accounting vertical.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Tally
Salary: AED Upto 3500
