Our client, a lighting solutions company based in Dubai is looking for an Estimation Specialist to join their team in the UAE. This role is essential in preparing accurate cost estimates for lighting projects, ensuring competitive pricing, and supporting the sales and project teams with precise technical and financial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for lighting solutions.

• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.

• Assess material costs, labor, and other project expenses to ensure accurate budgeting.

• Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings for lighting system estimation.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.

• Stay updated on industry pricing trends and supplier costs.

• Support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation within the lighting or electrical industry.

• Strong knowledge of lighting systems, components, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
