Our client, a real estate company is seeking to hire a UAE National to fill the Business Development Manager position. You will responsible for locating potential business deals, maintaining relationships with landlords, and identifying new opportunities.
Motivate and supervise Business Development Executives (BDEs) to ensure effective business development activities.
Set specific goals for BDEs on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis and regularly track their progress through discussions and evaluations.
Conduct market research to identify potential business deals and establish contact with potential landlords or property owners.
Maximize company profit by actively sourcing properties and real estate opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong market position by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing deals for the company.
Stay updated on market trends, upcoming property developments, and average prices in various areas, and maintain accurate records of this information.
Interact with existing landlords to establish and maintain mutually beneficial expectations for performance and growth.
Act as a liaison between the company and landlords, facilitating effective communication
Ensure high levels of landlord satisfaction through excellent customer service
Define and track yearly targets and objectives, ensuring their successful implementation.
Conduct research, analyze market conditions, and deliver accurate business reports to develop and deliver effective business plans.
Build a strong referral network and generate leads to increase business opportunities
Minimum 3 years experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
