Our client is a leading health data-tech company serving healthcare providers (hospitals, diagnostic chains and clinic chains) with intelligence patient care platforms. It has deep technical, clinical, and analytical expertise, and works with healthcare providers across India, South Asia, GCC, South East Asia.
Responsible for direct client management for the defined clientele list in the Saudi Arabia region
Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, negotiating, closing and working closely with the implementation teams to ensure delivery of solution, and ongoing relationship maintenance and cross-selling.
Frequent travel may be required (post Covid-19).
Define target customer lists based on the sales strategy.
Develop strategic growth plans for each account.
Define and implement initiatives to increase new deal flow.
Track, manage, prioritize opportunities and forecast progress across defined accounts.
Constantly strive to learn and gain knowledge about the healthcare ecosystem and observe and adapt to changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct research.
Build multi-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across renowned healthcare providers.
Ensure competent understanding of the customer's requirements and business goals to recommend solutions for success.
Provide demonstrations / walkthroughs of product platform to drive customer engagement.
Work closely with SME team and presales to generate new leads and prospects.
Proactively build / maintain strategic alliances for business growth and market expansion.
Ensure tight execution of sales processes and compliance, including sales CRM, deal
follow-ups, funnel tracking, metrics and KRA monitoring.
Minimum 5 years of proven enterprise sales and business development experience in healthcare industry in Middle East region.
