Our Client is one of the best companies of MENA region in Flooring solutions and installations and is looking to hire an Area Sales Manager.
A) 15% as part of the region’s leadership team, provide strategic leadership to ensure proactive and effective growth strategies for assigned region with LMEA. Develop and assist with new products and services recommendations and oversee execution of these recommendations as and when required. Identify and assist with developing new markets, new segments, products, distributors and JVs. Ensure that there is constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate policy/product making and strategy development.
B) 50% Direct and deliver region’s sales targets and ensure profitability while delivering on region’s goals and objectives consistently. Be recognized as an expert in understanding of the construction and construction chemical industry by selling products and/or services into the construction market. Drives setting goals and execution for the region’s sales department that includes Assistant Area Sales Managers, Technical Sales Executives and Distributors and create organizational capability, managing execution, and measuring results.
C) 25% Lead and manage sales team including distributors to ensure growth targets are met while developing great bench strength for both short-term and long-term. Coach and train sales teams to ensure all region’s targets are met while serving the customer and market needs effectively.
D) 10% Lead and execute market intelligence initiatives and strategic customer relationships efforts to gain complete understanding of market changes and customer needs. Assess market opportunities, understand the competitive climate within defined markets and market segments and provide timely feedback to HOS, region’s leader and leadership team.
Qatar/Gulf Driving License is a must.
Candidate can be from any mentioned industries adhesives, construction chemicals, tiles & sanitary industry, building material.
Target would be AED 350-400 thousand per month. Our client needs someone who is already based in Qatar with an NOC.
