One of our clients is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join their team.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all shipping, port, and customs-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient vessel operations. The role involves managing documentation, facilitating customs and immigration processes, and supervising cargo handling to ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations.

• Handling of vessel calling under the company agency
• Monitor vessel movements and maintain accurate tracking.
• Coordination with port, customs and immigration authorities to smooth clearance of vessel
• Arrangement of crew changes
• Arrangements of ships supplies if requested
• Maintenance of ship agency related job files handled.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should hold a Bachelors Degree
• Should hold a UAE driving license
• Should have worked in similar position of minimum 3 years.
• Abu Dhabi experience preferred
• Should have sufficient knowledge of MS Office applications
