Our client, a well reputed system integrator with a headcount of 100+ in Cyber Security domain is looking for a Technical Governance – Identity - Project Manager who will be responsible for Project Management, Team Management skillset.
Job Description:
· Assisting in managing the Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects across multiple locations on IAM domain
· Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and customers regarding project requirements.
· Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
· Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
· Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
· Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
· Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
· Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
· Ensure all the calls / requests, which are logged / escalated to him are solved by the team as per the SLA
· Should be able to track the Billing & Resource utilization on Project engagements
· Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in computer science /IT/ M.C.A. or equivalent University degree
· Total of 8 years of IT Experience, with minimum 4 - 5 Years of Project Management experience in IAM Domain, preferably working in a System Integrator Environment
· Certifications: PMP Certified & Added Advantage on ITIL Foundation

· Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different IT Security Solutions and service desk administration
· Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
· Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
· Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
· Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
· Knowledge on IAM & PAM Methodologies
· Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
· Knowledge of MS Project Application
