Plan, execute, and manage all MEP activities for assigned projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates for MEP works.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at the site promptly.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all testing and commissioning activities are carried out successfully.
Maintain proper documentation including reports, handover documents, and as-built drawings.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing MEP works, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
Familiar with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP certification is an advantage.
