We’re seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to help grow our brand on social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals.
- Create engaging, creative content that resonates with our community and fosters meaningful connections.
- Platform Expertise:
- Stay current on the latest trends and changes across TikTok and Instagram.
- Understand what type of content performs best for our target audience and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Influencer Partnerships:
- Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and increase brand awareness.
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with our values and objectives.
- Performance Tracking & ROI:
- Regularly analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize Return on Investment (ROI) and increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management, demonstrating the success of social media initiatives.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute campaigns that align with our brand’s values, driving community engagement and increasing brand presence.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with our long-term marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in social media management, ideally within the natural hair care, beauty, or cosmetics industries.
- Proven Success:
- A strong track record of driving growth in engagement, ROAS, and building thriving online communities.
- Up-to-date Knowledge:
- Expertise in TikTok and Instagram trends, with an understanding of what resonates within the natural hair care community.
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- UK Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working within the UK market, with a solid understanding of UK social media trends and audience behavior.
