SALES MANAGER - VETERINARY MEDICINE   (33610)

Our client dealing in Veterinary Medicine is seeking to hire a Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals, and other prospecting leads and customers, to drive sales of our veterinary medicine products.

Duties.

  • Deliver agreed annual sales revenue and margin targets and develop defined strategies by account/market in order to achieve them.
  • Compile and present company and competitor product assessments to feedback ideas for existing and future product development.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
  • Build the business portfolio by actively seeking out new business to expand pipeline opportunities through proactive prospecting activity from direct contact, networking and social media.
  • Ensure a smooth sales process through pricing negotiation, agree terms and close sales.
  • Raise awareness amongst customer base of new product developments and promotions and upsell at every opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the veterinary medicine industry.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a mandatory.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics in the veterinary medicine industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working independently and in a team environment is a must.
  • Ability to lead and influence others with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
