We are seeking to hire an E-commerce manager for an international trading company dealing in FMCG. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the online strategy within the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Online Store Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, pricing, and content management.
- Sales Growth: Driving online sales growth through effective digital marketing, SEO, and customer engagement strategies.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
- Inventory Management: Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and product availability.
- Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of e-commerce professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- English can be used as a working language, fluent in listening and speaking; Arabic proficiency is a plus;
- Must have more than 3 years of an E-Commerce platform (Mumzworld/Firstcry/Noon) operation post management experience in mother and baby products industry, with excellent operation cases;High skill proficiency;
- Have E-Commerce Operation work experience
