Reporting to Managing Director.
As the HR and Admin Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all HR related topics for operations, commercial, and functional teams. You will support the employee base of 300+ employees and be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with commercial, operations and finance leadership in the site. Candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee development, talent management, employee relations matters, and administrative support.

Partner with the local leadership teams to support the change effort that will link business performance to individual performance. Build strong relationships across all staff levels.
Coordinate, develop and implement comprehensive employee communication strategy to ensure that management goals are communicated, understood and supported by employees. Promote effective communications and employee positive relations.
Develop, implement and lead efforts to improve organizational effectiveness and employee well being. Set and drive initiatives for solving complex people/team related challenges (eg values-driven, high-performing culture) using OD, design methods, processes and tools to identify issues and implement solutions.
Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve organization’s effectiveness.
Responsible for coordinating, implementing and developing initiatives to enhance the quality of management talent.
Collaborate with the leadership team to create an annual operational plan (AOP) for the HR function (both in terms of headcount and costs) to ensure the needed resources for delivering the budgeted annual business levels. Ensures all HR related decisions reflect the financial parameters agreed within AOP and are consistent with company values.
Provide coaching and counseling to managers on a broad range of HR related topics. Advise and assist management on matters relating to HR best practices (procedures, policies, values and business ethics).
Manage and lead the coordinators, including performance appraisals, delegating work, meeting completion dates and ensuring consistent and quality work
Facilitate Employee Survey, working closely with the leadership team to develop specific action plans, leading focus group processes, ensuring ongoing communication and progress measuring.
Participate in Corporate-wide teams and initiatives concerning HR issues.
Understand and ensure compliance of local employment related legislation and Corporate rules, ensuring compliance with all legal or regulatory requirements, including changes pertaining to current HR programs and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
We prefer a candidate who is currently based in UAE
Bachelor's / master's degree from a reputed institute. CIPD or equivalent certification will be a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist including general knowledge on UAE employment laws, HR procedures and practices, particularly in free zones.
Good leadership skills, facilitation, relationship building and consultation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills, effective communication with staff at all levels of the organization.
