Our client is a well-established F&B company which is operating for more than 20 years in UAE and GCC countries.  

Role: Human Resource Manager

Staff strength: 400 plus

Reporting to: General Manager and CEO



·           Developing & implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

·           Provide support to all employees for any issues relating to their employment, maintaining high levels of customer service when interacting with all employees

·           Quick turnaround in hiring qualified F&B staff for the retail outlets when there is a position open

·           Develop assessment criteria to effectively identify qualified staff

·           Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals

·           Ensure that proper KRA's are set for all staff and are in line with the overall company mission and objectives

·           Coordinate with the division head and line managers in reviewing and evaluating the KRAs of employees related to his/her specific role

·           Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as personnel transaction such as hires, promotions, transfers, and termination

·           Maintain and update employee files with relevant information such as: personal details vacation and leave balance, sick leave, and training records

·           Ensure all employee benefits (medical insurance) are administered in line with employee contracts, Company policy and in accordance to UAE legal requirements

·           Identifying opportunities to train and invest in staff - to develop the talent pool of the company in order to help meet its mission and vision

·           Developing and submitting HR reports that provide status on employee activities, and all HR initiatives.



·           Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration or related field

·           Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in F&B industry

·           Familiar UAE labor law 

·           Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

·           Ability to build a recruitment strategy & execute

·           Must be self-motivated & enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a dynamic environment

·           Effective negotiation skills

·           Familiar with UAE HR processes, policies and labour law.

·           Fluent in English and Hindi
