A trading company of hair and beauty products is looking for a Sales Manager. The role is for their professional Salon Division.
Develop a Sales team under him/her which will sell Hair Care and Skin Care products to Professional Salons by Hiring relevant staff for that department.
Corresponds with the Sales Department in implementing the sales and Action plan of the year.
Do quarterly review of the Sales plan.
Providing the Sales Department of the optimal support in terms of Sales Program and other Sales related material.
Ensure key performance indicators are in place and department targets are met
Coordinate with the marketing team in developing trade activities to allow the Sales to reach the targets
Prepare the seasonal calendar and plan seasonal promotions to increment sales.
Maintain close coordination with the sales team to ensure that their clients are well supported and they are on track for their targets.
Fostering an environment of team work to ensure that all products are delivered on time and company goals are met.
Prepare and share the Daily, Weekly & Monthly market visit plan for the Sales Team. Prepare & share the Sales Plan to achieve weekly & monthly sales and collection target for the Salon Professional Sales Division
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media & clients from your existing portfolio
Develop a 'sales' strategy for the group & your department; essentially a business plan of how to sell the product to hair or beauty salons & Beauty Departmental stores
Conduct regular market analysis studies, gathering intelligence on competitor brands, consumer trends with the aim of ensuring your company maintains a strong competitive edge.
Identify new opportunities and channels, extending the reach of a product to increase its commercial success. Business development strategy may highlight new geographic areas to sell the products into, new sectors, new business types, clients etc.
You will be responsible for the Team’s Sales & Collection targets, which will be assigned to you by the Management.
Maintaining a good ongoing client relationship is a vital part of the job.
Attend trade shows and industry events, attending beauty shows with your managers as an essential part of the job so you can network, generate new client leads and keep abreast of new products coming onto the market.
Prepare Item list to be sold to salons and prepare the list of stores by Area.
Arrange the training for the customers and coordinate the trainings internally within the company.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
