Our client is global software company, a specialist provider of multi-language translation solutions, and is currently looking for a Business Development Manager (CMS/AEM) focusing on new Customer Acquisition. Company incorporation took place in 2006 in Europe and 2011 in UAE. They have recently released a version 4 of their translation management software and are poised for rapid expansion. The right candidate must have a strong sales background in IT/Software solution sales business in the domain of Content Management Solutions (CMS) sales to boost revenues and build strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners across the globe. Target market of existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) customers worldwide. Candidate will be targeting large multi-national corporates and industries such as healthcare/ banking/ finance/ FMCG/ engineering etc. Prior AEM solution sales & customer-base will be a great advantage.
Location: UAE/ Work from home.
Annual target: 1-2 Million USD.
Reporting to: Owner/Partner.
•Drive direct-sales and partner new business opportunities from start to closure, and establish strong, long- lasting relationships which will yield on-going successes across the accounts.
•Develop and execute sales strategies with the goal of meeting assigned sales quotas. This includes a “Hands- on” development of new sales opportunities through networking events, calls, lead follow up, and partner, channel and personal relationships as well as identifying decision makers and other stakeholders at customers’ buying sphere of influence.
•Analyze the Global market and any local source of potential leads in order to increase and qualify the pipeline of opportunities. Territory is not restricted, when it comes to lead generation and getting new clients.
•Will be working hand in hand with the partners and share the daily progress consistently.
•Master’s degree in a relevant field like Business, Engineering (Computer / IT Related) or equivalent.
•An ideal match would be coming with experience from any part of the world either already in UAE or willing to relocate to UAE. Background of Software sales in the domain of Content Management solutions (CMS)/ Document Solutions is required. You can also pitch customers globally from UAE over Zoom/ Google meets/ MSTeams and travel once a month or as and when required. (Depending on covid restrictions).
•Experience / contacts with customer base of any of these would be an added advantage: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Liferay, Contentful, Episerver, TeamSite, Sharepoint.
•Experience participating in and selling large software consultation, integration and implementation projects is expected. Will solely be an individual contributor for the mentioned role.
•Demonstrated ability to execute each phase of the sales cycle, from lead generation, to qualification, to needs analysis, to solution development to negotiation and sales closure.
•Own network of decision makers and other relevant people at leading corporates will be a great plus of any market.
•Excellent interpersonal skills are a must have for this role.
