Our client is looking out for an experienced and professional Palace Manager for Riyadh-KSA
REPORTING TO : Owner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 10 to 15 Years
EDUCATION REQUIRED : Hotel Management or hospitality background degree
LANGUAGES : English, Arabic
SALARY OFFERED :20,000 SR

Must have experience in Palaces, especially in the Middle East.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Managing household staff and overseeing day to day running of the premises.
-Maintaining furniture, silver, crystal and fabrics to the highest standards.
-Overseeing all Food and Beverage operations in the premises.
-Organizing banquets and events and making sure everything is looked after from the flowers, to the menu to the silver service.
-Making sure all laundry is handled with utmost care, especially fine fabrics and Haute Couture items.
-Overseeing the kitchen operations and making sure the food is cooked and served up the best standards and to the family’s liking.
-Making the purchases required for the household.
-Maintaining inventory and stock control on all items in the household.
-Maintaining accounts of all purchases and petty cash.
-Training the staff in their required positions.
-Hiring and training of new staff.
-Maintaining staff schedules.
-Maintain regular appraisals of current staff and take action if they are not performing up to standard.
-Looking after the gardens and coordinating with the head gardener on work that needs to be done.
-Working with contractors and other companies who are involved in work in the property.
-Any additional work required by the client in any of their properties.

-Must be open to working with people from different cultures and nationalities. -Must be flexible, open minded and respectful to all staff in the household.
-Must be physically and mentally fit (a medical history must be provided).
