The Operations and Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the joinery and interior factory, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of joinery and interior fit-out processes.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet the company's specifications and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of workers, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize production efficiency.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and improve productivity.
• Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, quality control, and other operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and interior fit-out processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with CNC machines and other joinery equipment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to joinery and interior fit-out.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
