Our client, a leading car rental company seeks to hire a dynamic and experienced GM for the group. Potential incumbent must fulfil the below KRA's to be eligible for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the car rental facility, including vehicle fleet management, customer service, and staff supervision. 
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business associates. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 
• Experience of Leadership role within the automotive industry with at least 10-15 years of experience. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and car rental management software.
