A multinational Company requires an Area Sales Manager with minimum 5 years sales experience in an HVAC in KSA, selling Fluid System to specifiers, consultants, MEP contractors, channel partners and end users.
Business development – understanding of the individual market requirements and market research in KSA for Building Services Valve applications, within Chilled Water and plumbing Systems for Projects.
Interfacing and working with End Users and Consultants to demonstrate the Value added benefits of using Valve Products and ensuring that products are included with the Particular Project Specification.
Interfacing and working with the MEP Contractors to build relationships and support the Company`s Country Channel Partners with the successful securing and delivery of all orders.
Achieve or exceed the agreed sales and margin targets as set out in the “Plan” document within given timeframes.
Research, investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity.
To sell in a consultative manner and be seen as the customers’ trusted advisor.
Supporting and working closely with the Channel Partners to develop and grow within his territory. Leading and assisting with Customer visits and meetings, information gathering, tender submissions and follow-up meetings to secure orders.
To support the channel partners and improve their technical understanding and sales benefits of new products and their applications through training seminars and meetings.
To accelerate and improve the success rate of new product sales by working closely with the external and internal sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have the necessary technical knowledge and focus on effectively promoting new product sales.
Ensure proficient use of Sales Force.com or similar CRM systems.
Update on a regular basis information about competitor activity and changes in market requirements.
Actively participate in sales team meetings or conferences, including out of hour’s activity.
Undertake site visit’s and conduct accurate surveys when required.
Plan, organise and participate on sales team meetings or conferences, presentations and customer training to support business activity.
Ensure compliance with all Crane policies in all areas of activity.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Preferred
Sales and channel Management experience .
ME Regional experience in a multinational company is an added value.
Strong relationship building skills, able to influence at senior levels both internally and externally.
Excellent negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
Knowledge of valves, valve applications, valve solutions and mechanical /BMS systems preferred.
Good IT skills and written and verbal English communications to include CRM, report writing and presentations.
