Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue in the marble and ceramic industry. The role involves promoting and selling marble, granite, tiles, and other ceramic products to potential clients, which may include builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the marble and ceramic industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

·         Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

·         Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on product offerings.

·         Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.

·         Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of marble, granite, tiles, and other ceramic products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

·         Stay updated on the latest trends in marble and ceramic products, including new designs and materials.

·         Conduct market research to understand competitors and the latest industry trends.

·         Identify potential markets and customer segments for new sales opportunities.

·         Offer expert consultation on product selection, layout, and design, helping clients choose the right products for their specific needs.

·         Provide technical advice to customers regarding installation, maintenance, and care of products.

·         Assist customers with custom orders or special requests when applicable.

·         Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and showroom tours to prospective clients.

·         Create and provide accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.

·         Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

·         Provide after-sales support to ensure continued satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.

·         Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and present key metrics to management.

·         Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions in CRM software.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·         Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, interior design, or building materials industry.

·         In-depth knowledge of marble, ceramic tiles, and other related products is highly desirable.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies:

·         Ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and handle objections.

·         Expertise in marble, granite, and ceramic products, including quality standards, types, and uses.

·         Excellent customer support and follow-up skills to build lasting relationships.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
