SALES MANAGER   (29697)

Our client, an FMCG (Home & Personal Care Products) company is urgently looking for a Sales Manager. They prefer candidates with experience in sales of categories like disinfectant, antiseptic and similar products.

The Regional Sales Manager is part of a start-up role in Dubai, responsible for sustainably growing profits, sales and market share across all relevant channels. Incumbent will be accountable for all aspects of the business and will work closely across all functions in Asia. This executive will manage all aspects of company relations with retailers and distributors in developed UAE and will lead formulating and driving strategy. This will enable all product categories to reach their full potential. The Regional Sales Manager will also help to develop and position the brand across all UAE market as a differentiated brand. The role is based in Dubai.

 

Requirement:

 

  • Experienced Sales Manager from the FMCG-Sector (At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in UAE or in other GCC-Countries).
  • Background: He or she should have worked for a FMCG-Company in the Sales Department for Personal & Home Care Products. Mainly in the anti-bacterial product sector (Disinfectants, Sanitizers, Soaps, Antiseptics etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or Master`s degree in sales or business administration.
  • The candidate should be interested in a long-term relationship.
  • The candidate should be creative, innovative, team player, resilient and persistent.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver sales results (volume and revenue) and profit.
  • Develop business plans to achieve company target.
  • Create sales action plans to deliver targets.
  • Drive effective channel strategies with retailers and distributors to optimise profitability in a sustainable manner.
  • Establish pricing strategy to maximize profitability whilst hitting appropriate local price points across SKUs.
  • Deliver on monthly sales volumes
  • International sales proven ability to manage all aspects of the sales channels with minimal supervision.
  • He or she has a good and solid network of contacts in the field of FMCG-Sector (Home and Personal Care Products) and to the decision makers of the key retailers within the U.A.E. and to other GCC-Countries. 
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and develop countermeasures.
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Ensure contract implementation is adhered to and terms are observed. 
  • Fulfill other duties with the mindset of a business owner or entrepreneur.
  • Relish the opportunity to take responsibility for new value-adding activities that fall broadly within the scope of this role.
  • Identify issues and proactively find solutions.
