Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and lead various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor and support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Conduct employee orientation, engagement activities, and training programs.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures when necessary.
- Support HR audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
