Our client, a leading name in trading of Oil & Gas products is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for their office based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote businesses and explore new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC market
- Formulate and implement the business development strategies and establish objectives in close coordination with the HOD.
- Create, develop and maintain a professional and strong business relationship with key decision-makers among potential clients in the oil & gas industry, governmental departments, marine companies, contractors and consultants in the UAE and GCC markets
- Plan and implement market researches and analyses market surveys and marketing campaigns
- Prepare and manage in coordination with the sales manager and sales engineers , technical presentations, seminars and workshops for potential customers in the market
- Manage the participation with local and international exhibition
- Source out new products, negotiate and finalize agency agreements with potential business partners
- Dealt with manufacturers of compressors, pumps, turbines, pipes, valves, motors, switch gears, transformers, heat exchangers and other items.
- Worked on the items that are mostly needed in ADNOC.
- Knowledge of ADNOC process of prequalification.
- Dealt with major EPC, helping to sell the products that are approved in ADNOC to the EPC.
Education & other requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree in any vertical
- 15 – 20 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication
- Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: AED 15000 – 20000
