A well-established food trading company requires an Export Sales Manager with 5 years of experience working in a food trading / FMCG company combined with exposure in both sourcing and selling food products.
Responsibilities:
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements:
· Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
· Up to date with food trading business and best practices.
· Must have experience in Rice, Wheat, Tomato paste, Dates and other Food / FMCG products.
· GCC market knowledge.
· African market experience is essential.
· Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
· Presentable.
· Passion for food.
· Excellent pricing practices and selling skills.
· Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
· Forecast Accuracy.
